Turkish Airlines has won awards in several categories at the Skytrax World Airline Awards - the Oscars of aviation - in recent years. As recently as 2023, the airline was once again named the best airline in Europe and recognized for the best Business and Economy Class catering worldwide.
Eight times in a row as "Best Airline Europe" and also received several awards in the categories "Best Business Class On-Board Catering", "Best Business Class Lounge Dining" and for the "Best Business Class Lounge" worldwide. Skytrax evaluates the service and quality standards of airlines according to up to 750 different parameters.
Turkish Airlines Corporate Club
With the "Turkish Airlines Corporate Club", Turkish Airlines offers a corporate customer program that is particularly suitable for large international companies as well as small and medium-sized enterprises.
On all long-haul flights, Turkish Airlines passengers in all classes enjoy a digital in-flight entertainment system with personal screens. It is also possible to send and receive text messages and emails.
Safety and service are top priorities at Turkish Airlines: The airline, which celebrated its 60th anniversary in Germany in 2020, received IOSA certification from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in 2006, which has already been successfully renewed twice. IOSA is IATA's operational safety audit, which is based on globally applicable standards.
Business Class passengers at the Istanbul hub have access to the exclusive "Turkish Airlines CIP Lounges": the Business Lounge and the Miles&Smiles Lounge for members of the bonus program. The two 5,600m² business lounges, each with 765 seats, are oases of relaxation. Private suites, showers and delicious international delicacies are just some of the highlights.
In 2006, Turkish Airlines entered into a joint venture with the Austrian company Do & Co, one of the most renowned catering companies in Europe. Since then
passengers in all classes have been able to enjoy exclusive catering above the clouds.
